This is one of the most stunning beaches in the area. The road winds down to car park and from the beach the cliffs rise majestically above the might of the Atlantic.

Kayaking off Stroove - Darren
The calm waters of Lough Foyle are ideal for kayaking. This is by the beautiful sheltered beach at Shroove. This is a Blue Flag beach which is very popular with children abd adults alike.
Kinnegoe Bay 1
It was off the coast at Kinnegoe Bay that 'La Trinidad Valencera' ran aground. This was one of the ships of the Spanish Armanda and the artefacts which were recovered by the City of Derry Sub-Aqua Club are displayed in the Tower Museum in Derry.
